Greg Clark Building works under an Integrated Management System that provides for quality of the finished product and the legislation requirements of the AS/NZS ISO standards, Work Health & Safety Act 2011, Work Health & Safety Regulation 2011 and the Environmental Protection Act.
All suppliers and subcontractors are required to have a system that will allow assessment and rectification of non-conformances, incidents, complaints and any quality issues.
We have 40+ staff building projects in and around Byron Bay and Lismore, Ballina, south to Glenn Innes, Stanthorpe, Tamworth and north to Murwillumbah, Brisbane and the Gold Coast – on time and on budget.
Based in Northern Rivers for over 30 years Greg Clark Building has a functional purpose-built facility in the Lismore Industrial Centre. We operate over a fleet of sign-written work trucks and vehicles over a huge geographical area constructing a large range of projects, mainly commercial and high-end residential, multi residential units and hospital refurbishments. GCB maintain, refurbish, rebuild, construct from a plan, demolish and replace a large range of projects for government services, developers, other builders, private groups and owners. The range of projects in our successful history are enormous and cover sugar mills, hospitals, police stations, schools, sports clubs, hotels and shopping centres to residential housing.
