Caroona Yamba

Greg Clark Building were engaged by Uniting to build a 12-bed extension to the existing Aged Care Hostel.

The project consisted of 2 symmetrical wings, connected to the existing building. We had to hoard off and secure the existing areas to prevent the residents from accessing the site.

Greg Clark Building developed a good working relationship with the staff and were in constant communication to make sure they were aware of how the building progression may affect them.

The project commenced in November 2017 and was completed on time and on budget in May 2018.
